Eurotard multi-colored Streamer Skirt overlay with elastic waist with separated panels of red, purple, yellow, and royal. This overlay is a great way to add color to any plain dress or skirt. It can be worn as a skirt overlay or a long top overlay for even more versatility.
The white dress and sequined belt shown in the picture are sold separately.
*This skirt is an overlay and not intended to be worn alone. Please note, the colored strips are sheer and slit to allow the dress or skirt worn under it to be seen. The white fabric seen in the picture is from the dress underneath.
