Suffolk’s 36-yard Bolt of Elastic is woven elastic that has a high quality look and feel, which is the best for sewing pointe shoes. The 1 inch wide woven elastic is made from dense interlocking threads that produce a premium product. Our elastic can be identified by the crosswise and parallel ribs that create a windowpane effect. Premium woven elastic does not narrow and cannot be seen through when stretched. However, it is easily stitched through without affecting the integrity of the elastic.
